At LaBella Flora Children’s Boutique we pride ourselves on customer service. A couple days ago, I happened to overhear a message one of our customer service associates was playing. It was from a customer named Judy.
Judy is a grandmother and her granddaughter’s birthday was approaching, she wanted to buy her granddaughter an outfit to wear to her birthday party. She really wanted something her granddaughter would love so she called and talked to our associate, Bethany. Judy told Bethany about the dilemma and directed her to the outfit she was thinking about ordering. While the outfit Judy liked was very cute, Bethany thought her granddaughter might like something a little more sophisticated. Bethany suggested a Pink Polka Dot Top by Un Deux Trois Kids.
