I am super excited to give you a sneak peak at one of the jewelry items we will be offering on our website next month through our “Friends 4 Hope” brand. This hand-beaded bracelet cuff has amazing details. I purchased the hand-made item while visiting the Block family in Guatemala. Each item is handmade in Guatemala. As mentioned in my previous post, Todd and Amy Block are starting a new orphanage in San Lucas, Guatemala. This is just one of the limited number of items that are scheduled to be available in mid June. We are working very hard to get everything photographed and placed on-line by June 15. We will be working with one of our favorite local photographers, Margaret James. This amazing duo agreed to donate their time and talents to photograph a few of the items. So many people have come together to help this family start an orphanage for children in need. They are working with the Manna Worldwide organization to start a new feeding center in the same city. I saw first hand the true need of the hungry children. While there were so many times of true joy, there were many times I felt overwhelmed by the needs of these people. I knew that we must do something! 100% of the price you pay for these beautiful accessories will go to a fund that is set up with Lifesong for Orphans for the building of the Block’s orphanage.
Once we have the exact date and times the items will be listed on the LaBella Flora website, I will be sure to let you know. I ask that you consider sharing with your Facebook friends about the Blocks and our upcoming sale. Our goal is to sell each and every item in just a few days.
